Completion of the functional model for further scaling

Based on the latest scientific findings, CellTec Systems has developed a unique ecosystem of processes focused on the industrial proliferation of genetically non-modified primary cells. The patent portfolio includes groundbreaking technologies that can be utilized for various applications.

A standout among these is the globally protected process for the PluriGrow™ capsule reactor, which enables circular industrial proliferation of nearly any type of primary cells within protective hydrogel capsules.

Unlike many other proliferation processes, PluriGrow™ allows for the extraction of fully viable cells from the continuous proliferation process. Moreover, nearly any type of cells can be proliferated without the need for cell immortalization.

As a result of its development efforts, CellTec Systems has now achieved another milestone: the technical functional model, which allows for the prototype implementation of scaling the capsule reactor process, has been realized at the laboratory scale and is now being transitioned into various scaling stages.

The complex implementation of the reactor process is carried out by an interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers from various fields such as cell biology, chemistry, laboratory technology, process engineering, and engineering. In the next steps, the various scaling stages will now be realized.
